Roadworthy Inspections

As a Approved Inspection Station (AIS) in Kingaroy, we can inspect and issue a safety certificate for your vehicle that pass the roadworthy requirements as per the QLD Government.

We inspect:

  • Cars
  • Motorcycles
  • SUVs and Vans
  • Utes

In Queensland, a safety certificate is required when:

  • Transferring vehicle registration to a new owner.
  • Transferring registration from another state or territory.
  • Re-registering an unregistered vehicle.

This inspection ensures the vehicle meets safety standards for components like tires, brakes, steering, suspension, body condition, windshield, and lights.

A roadworthy inspection is not a comprehensive full vehicle inspection. Talk to us today about the different types of inspections available at G & M Auto Servicing and which one will best suit your needs.
